Residential Renovations
Full-home and major-room renovations for homeowners who want the same direct, hands-on oversight — and attention to finish — as our commercial work.

- Permit coordination and inspection scheduling through completion
How it runs
- 01
Scope & budget
We review the drawings and existing conditions to put a real number and schedule on the project before anything is committed.
- 02
Trade procurement
Subtrades are selected and contracted directly by us, so you have one point of accountability instead of managing multiple agreements.
- 03
Build
Work proceeds against a fixed schedule, sequenced around the fact that this is where you live — not just another job site.
- 04
Handover
Final walkthrough, deficiency list, and closeout documentation — the space is ready to live in, not just ready to look at.
- 05
Post-construction support
Deficiencies and warranty items don't stop existing the day you move back in. We stay reachable after handover to close them out.
Questions worth asking up front
Do you take on ground-up home builds, or only renovations?
Renovations within an existing home — kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home scopes. We don't currently take on ground-up new home construction.
How is this different from your commercial work?
The same model — direct contracts, one point of accountability, a transparent budget — applied to a home instead of a commercial space. The scheduling accounts for the fact that it's where you live, not just where you work.
Is there a minimum project size?
We're set up for substantial renovations — a full kitchen, a whole floor, a full-home scope — rather than small, single-item repairs. Get in touch with what you're considering and we'll tell you plainly whether it's a fit.
