Construction À La Carte

Scoped, standalone construction expertise — a site review, a feasibility study, pre-construction support — without committing to a full project.

Discuss your project

Scope of work

  • Site reviews and existing-condition assessments
  • Project feasibility and budget-range studies before you commit
  • Pre-construction support: scope definition, drawing review, scheduling input
  • Second-opinion review of a quote, scope, or schedule from another contractor
  • Short, defined engagements with a clear start and end

How it runs

  1. 01

    Define the ask

You tell us what you actually need — a site visit, a number, a second set of eyes on a scope — and we confirm it's something we can do well before taking it on.

  2. 02

    Scope & fee

A fixed fee and timeline for the specific engagement, agreed before any work starts. No open-ended billing.

  3. 03

    Delivery

The work gets done and handed over — a report, a budget range, marked-up drawings — in a form you can actually use.

Questions worth asking up front

How is this different from hiring you as General Contractor or Construction Manager?

Those are full-project engagements where we carry (or manage) the build itself. À la carte is for a specific, bounded piece of expertise — useful before you've committed to a project, or when you need outside input on one already underway with someone else.

Can this lead into a full project later?

It can, but it doesn't have to. Plenty of people use this specifically because they're not ready to commit to a contractor yet — that's a legitimate use on its own.

What does a feasibility study actually tell me?

A realistic budget range and schedule for what you're considering, based on the space and scope as they actually are — so you can decide whether to move forward before spending real money finding out.
