We work on two kinds of projects: commercial interiors — cafés & restaurants, retail, wellness, workplaces — and substantial residential renovations, both across Metro Vancouver. Not because we can't do more, but because a focused scope is what makes direct, hands-on oversight possible from first walkthrough to final punch list. Spread that same attention across ground-up towers and production home building, and something gives. We'd rather it not be your project.
How we work with you.
You deal directly with the person responsible for your project — scope, scheduling, and the decisions that come up on site all run through one accountable point of contact, from planning through handover. That person has full visibility into your job because they're the one running it.
That also means we're selective. We'd rather tell you honestly that a project isn't the right fit than take it on and let you find out the hard way. Insurance, licensing, and certification status go up on this site exactly as they're confirmed — never earlier, never dressed up.
