Industries we build for
How it runs
- 01
Scope & budget
We review the space, your lease terms, and your design intent to put a real number and timeline on the project before anything is committed.
- 02
Permitting & procurement
Permit drawings move through the municipality while materials and trades are lined up in parallel, so the schedule isn't waiting on either one alone.
- 03
Build
Work proceeds against a fixed schedule, with regular updates so you know exactly where the project stands against your opening date.
- 04
Handover
Final walkthrough, deficiency list, and closeout documentation — the space is ready to operate, not just ready to look at.
Questions worth asking up front
Do you work with my designer or architect, or do I need my own?
Either works. We coordinate construction drawings and permitting with your designer if you have one, or can point you toward one if you don't.
Can you work around a fixed lease commencement date?
That's the usual constraint on a tenant improvement project, and scheduling is built around it from the first budget conversation, not added on afterward.
What size of project do you typically take on?
We're currently focused on commercial build-outs in the range most independent cafés, restaurants, retail stores, and small offices need — get in touch with your scope and we'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
